Camarão Lisa Ghirardi
Delicious prawns, sautéed and flambé with brandy, bringing an exotic flavor to the palate, thanks to its combination of watercress and garlic. Accompanied by a fine risotto seafood.

High and juicy salmon, cooked in a wine picked by our chef. As accompaniment, a thick tarragon and spinach puree, pilaf rice - made off the magnificent supreme sauce.
